Haskap - Honey Bee

Hardiness: Zone 2.

Size: Bush up to 6ft.

Planting: Highly durable, best in good soil, but can tolerate shade and wet soils. Shallow roots that don't compete well with grasses/weeds and other plants. 

Fruit: Blue elongated berries, approx 1.9g.

Pollination: Not-self pollinating, this variety is a considered a universal pollinator, except for Boreal Beauty.

Use: Excellent wine, juices and processing. 

Ripening: Early June. 

Pot: 1 gal

One of the tallest, fastest growing, and highest yielding varieties. Berries are slightly tart and tangy tasting. Universal pollinating variety.
