Fruit: Dark Red, averaging 4 grams.

Use: Excellent for fresh eating, cooking, jams, preserves or wine.
Ripening: Mid August.
Flavourful with a high sugar content, often called the best sour cherry for fresh eating.
While they much prefer to grow as a small shrub they can be trained into an ornamental low tree. It will take ongoing training and pruning to maintain this form but we did bring in a few like this due to demand.
